After all that good music, I was getting hungry so I got some
boudin for lunch. Boudin is a delicious Cajun sausage stuffed with
pork and rice. Yummy! And I washed it down with a nice diet coke.
Yes, diet coke! That is what I was drinking at Jazzfest!
