It’s always time to eat in New Orleans, and I had worked up an
appetite walking around and exploring. Uncle Brian says that when
he’s in the French Quarter, he likes to go to the Clover Grill and
get a hamburger. He says those are the best burgers in the world.
The Clover Grill is open 24 hours a day and looks exactly like the
1950s-era diner that it is. The friendly cook Tysikia let me get a
picture with her before she grilled up my order, using a hubcap to help
keep in the flavor.
