Uncle Brian came back to the reference desk and I decided to do a little
research on the supplemental authority of the federal courts to hear appeals
of state administrative law decisions. Reconciling the two competing approaches
that the courts have used to gain jurisdiction over these appeals will take some
time, so instead I think I better focus on finishing first grade.
